Can I choose the headwrap fabric for my pot?
Depending on what you are ordering, you can select the face style, lipstick/accessory colour, and text for your pot. The choice of headwrap fabric for each pot is chosen at random - by us! We believe this adds to the uniqueness and 'personality' of the pot and is also a nice surprise for customers. We try to ensure there is a mix of vibrant fabric colours and patterns in every order, however this is subject to availability.
Our aim is to ensure the headwrap compliments the personalised colours you have already chosen. We continuously change the fabric we stock, to allow for a variety of colours, patterns, and styles etc. Bright, bold fabric prints are our favourites, but we also have some muted tones.
If you would like a specific headwrap colour, add your preference in the note section when placing our order and where possible we will try to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfil this request.
What is the production time?
All pots are decorated individually by hand; therefore, designs may vary slightly. Production time is approximately 5 days. Delivery is approx. 3-4 days later. If you have placed a bulk order, or order during a busy period, this may be longer. If you need your order urgently, please email us at [email protected]
Are SoilSista pots suitable for outdoors?
We recommend SoilSista pots are used indoor only, or in a covered area if placed outside - this is due to their fabric headwraps.

What is the return policy?
Due to the personalised nature of our products we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. If items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] to let us know (including photos) and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if there are any problems with your delivery or item.
My order is late or missing
As a result of Covid-19 there are national delivery delays. Once your item has been dispatched, please allow 10 working days before contacting us regarding a delayed item. Refunds are not given for delayed items. Full refunds or replacements will only be offered if your item has been lost or damaged by the delivery company.
